A function q:Θ𝒩q : \Theta \to \mathcal{N} can be identified with a parameter ν(P)\nu(P) if and only if Pθ1=Pθ2q(θ1)=q(θ2)P_{\theta_1} = P_{\theta_2} \implies q(\theta_1) = q(\theta_2) (and in that case ν(Pθ)q(θ)\nu(P_{\theta}) \equiv q(\theta)).
